Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our electronics, used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

  Visit our support portal and enter your order number and email to begin a return authorization.

  Condition Review

  Provide photos of the sealed packaging to confirm the product has not been opened or used.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your item and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
